Refunds and Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping is not refunded unless we shipped the wrong item or a damaged unit.

How to start

Email support@tryheronutrition.com with your order number and photos if the seal is broken in transit. We reply with a return address. Send the bottle unused, lid sealed.

Opened bottles

Opened or used products are not returnable except where Wyoming or federal law requires it, or if we confirm a manufacturing defect.

Timing
